The road between Liberia Airport (LIR) and Samara goes into the Nicoya Peninsula through Santa Cruz and Nicoya. For Sámara and Nosara you drop down to the coast from there; for Santa Teresa you cross the whole peninsula through Jicaral and Cóbano.
Paved as far as Nicoya and Sámara. The last stretches into Nosara and Santa Teresa are still stone and gravel road, so your driver takes them slowly.
